An indigene of Rivers State and a graduate of International Relations in Girne American University North Cyprus, Blessing, an AGIF Project Volunteer considers herself a good listener, very organized and has a love for reading books.
“I learnt about AGIF from a lodge mate Ifeoluwa Alimi. She told me about AGIF and I loved it and decided to apply for their volunteer job“
She says, “working in AGIF has given me the ability to stretch my mind and think of good ideas, resolve problems, with the help of good coaches Ayorinde and Margaret.”
For her future plans in terms of volunteering, she plans to continue to give in her best and be committed to the organisation to see that we achieve our vision.
John Ojeba
Volunteer
John is a graduate of computer engineering with a 2nd class upper honours from Houdegbe North American University, Benin Republic. He is also a graphics designer who designs with Corel draw and Illustrator and was privileged to serve as a one time State Publicity Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Corpers’ Fellowship FCT Chapter. While serving in this capacity, he handled all things media including designing of flyers, jotters, banners,etc also taking of pictures, videos, projections and lastly handling of social media accounts and website of the fellowship. He has a certificate in Big Data from IBM Skills Academy and also a certificate in Computer Operations.
He is passionate about teens empowerment/development, a good listener, loyal, encourager, purpose driven.
Bringing up ideas or concepts are his most challenging duties because “you have to think like there is no box. It’s really helping to bring out the creativity in me.”
He hopes to keep volunteering and touching lives. He hopes one day he’ll be a sponsor then own a foundation too and possibly partner with AGIF.
